Simone and Tim Pratt moved into a beautiful home just over two years ago and while they renovated the inside of their home, the sunny backyard saw little improvement. As New Yorkers, we know that even having a backyard is a luxury so Simone said the magic words: “Help me Open House*” and we came to her rescue.
